Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how billing and refunds work for WebForge subscriptions and credits. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

1. Billing and Merchant of Record

Payments for WebForge are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com), which acts as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles charges, taxes, invoices, and refunds on our behalf. A refund issued under this policy is returned to your original payment method through Paddle.

2. Free credits

Every account includes a free monthly allotment of credits. Free credits carry no monetary value, are not purchased, and are therefore not refundable.

3. Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis and renew automatically until cancelled.
  • You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.
  • We do not generally provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period once it has begun, except where required by law or expressly stated below.

4. 14-day refund consideration

If you are a consumer, you may request a full refund of a subscription charge within 14 days of that charge, provided the associated credits have not been substantially used. “Substantially used” means a meaningful portion of the credits granted for that billing period has been consumed. Requests outside this window are considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

5. Credits already consumed

Credits that have already been consumed to perform requests are non-refundable, because the underlying processing has already been delivered. If a request fails on our side and a credit is not automatically returned to your balance, contact us and we will correct it.

6. Duplicate or erroneous charges

If you were charged in error, charged more than once for the same subscription period, or believe a charge is incorrect, contact us and we will investigate and, where appropriate, issue a full refund.

7. How to request a refund

Email webforgesupporte@gmail.com from the address associated with your account and include the approximate date of the charge and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and may take additional time to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.

8. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
